We take returns on certain products depending on the sales terms with our retail customer

My Returns
Shows the status of your returns. For any return with a Status of Available you can click on the Description to open and process your return online. For all other returns you can click on the Description to open the detail but you will not be able to edit it.
Return Shipping Labels
Click the button to find labels you can print for shipping to our wonderful ministry partner American Rehabilitation Ministries who use our returned cards to bless the lives of thousands of prisoners and the chaplains that serve them.
For a chain of stores
The corporate account can choose individual stores at the top of the page to view their returns.
You can sort by columns
Just click on a column title to sort by that information
If you want a paper form for your Seasonal Return mailed to you
Go to the bottom of the page, check the box and click Save
