Returning cards and envelopes to A.R.M. ministries

Dear Retail Partner:

 

We want to share an important update regarding the return process for seasonal greeting cards.

As a result of recent changes in correctional facility policies, ARM Ministries is no longer able to receive returned seasonal cards. These updates reflect new restrictions on physical shipments and ARM’s current inventory needs.

Beginning October 1 2025, we invite stores to choose one of the following meaningful ways to handle unsold seasonal greeting cards:

  1. Bless Your Community: Consider donating the cards to a local ministry, outreach group, or organization that could use them to encourage others.
  1. Return to DaySpring: Send the cards back to our Siloam Springs facility following the instructions below, where we’ll ensure they’re processed with care.

We understand this is a change from past practices, and we’re here to walk alongside you as you navigate this transition.

Instructions to Return to DaySpring:

Box them up

Box all cards AND envelopes. Please keep them separate. You do NOT need to place individual envelopes with individual cards.

You are responsible for shipping costs.

We appreciate you covering the costs. PLEASE NOTE THESE SHIPMENTS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR MEDIA MAIL.

Labeling your box(es)

DaySpring provides a Print Shipping Labels button as part of the Web Returns Entry page. The sheet provides four copies of the address. These can be cut or folded as needed and taped on to the box or boxes. That address :
