Return Statuses: When can I submit my return?

Coming Soon is always first

We will begin to prompt you online shortly before you can begin submitting a return by showing it on your Web Returns page with a status of Coming Soon

Start Date = Available = You can submit any time now!

Our Start Date will indicate when you can begin submitting your return. The Status of your return will change to Available on the Start Date. Usually this will be right after the season when you are scheduled to take down the cards. We want you to be able to take them down, do your return and be done!

Submitting locks your return in

Once you click Submit your return Status will change to Submitted. Your return will be locked down and you will not be able to make any changes to it. If you have an issue around a submitted return (such as finding more cards) you will need to call into our Customer Service Center at 800-944-8000. Whether your return has been processed yet or not will determine what they are able to do to help you.

Submitting after Due Date = Late Fees

If you submit a return after the Due Date you will automatically receive a late penalty of 25% of your return total.
